1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW
This Refund & Returns Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through Willow Sky Parfum ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein. This Policy distinguishes between Standard Collection items and Handmade/Custom Perfumes, each subject to different return conditions.
2. STANDARD COLLECTION ITEMS (CHARMED & ALPHA COLLECTIONS)
2.1 Return Eligibility (Unopened Items Only)
Customers may return eligible Standard Collection perfumes within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery ONLY if the item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging, subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
• The return must be initiated within the 7-day return window by emailing our customer service team at willowskyparfum@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• All returns require prior authorization. Returns sent without an RMA number (or without an RMA/Order Number clearly visible on the outside of the package) may not be accepted or processed.
Please note: Because fragrance is deeply personal and interacts uniquely with individual skin chemistry, all sales are final for change of mind, “didn’t like the scent,” or personal preference—even within the return window.
2.2 Return Shipping
• Customer Responsibility: The Customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage.
2.3 Restocking Fee
A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling, inspection, and restocking costs.
2.4 Refund Processing
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
• The refund amount will equal the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee and will exclude original shipping costs.
• If the item was part of a promotional offer or bundle, refund calculations will be adjusted accordingly.
2.5 Hygiene & Safety / Non-Returnable Standard Items
For the safety of our customers and team, perfumes and other personal care items are subject to strict hygiene standards. The following items from our Standard Collections are not eligible for return:
• Opened, used, or tested perfumes (due to hygiene and safety regulations).
• Any item missing its original seals, or not in original sealed packaging.
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (as clearly marked at time of purchase).
• Gift sets or bundles where any component has been opened or removed.
3. TOTE BAGS
3.1 Return Eligibility (Tote Bags Only)
Unlike perfumes, tote bags may be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
• The tote bag is new, unused, and unwashed, and shows no signs of wear.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
• The return is initiated within the 7-day return window by emailing our customer service team at willowskyparfum@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• All returns require prior authorization. Returns sent without an RMA number (or without an RMA/Order Number clearly visible on the outside of the package) may not be accepted or processed.
3.2 Return Shipping (Tote Bags)

4. HANDMADE & SMALL BATCH PERFUMES – FINAL SALE (NO RETURNS FOR PREFERENCE)
4.1 All Sales Final for Change of Mind or Personal Preference
Our perfumes are handcrafted and often produced in small batches, which means every bottle carries its own subtle character—made with intention, not mass-produced. Because fragrance is inherently personal and develops differently on every person, all sales are final for any change of mind or personal preference, including but not limited to:
• “I didn’t like the scent.”
• Dissatisfaction with scent profile or fragrance performance.
• Skin chemistry incompatibility.
• Subjective perceptions of scent.
4.2 Rationale (Handmade Nature, Hygiene, and Subjective Scent)
This policy exists due to the following factors:
a) Handmade & Small Batch Nature
Each perfume is crafted in small batches using artisanal techniques. Variations can occur naturally from batch to batch and bottle to bottle. Once shipped, these items cannot be resold as new.
b) Hygiene and Safety Standards
Perfumes and personal care items are hygiene-sensitive. Used or opened items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, and sanitation concerns in accordance with industry best practices and applicable consumer protection regulations.
c) Subjective Fragrance Experience
Fragrance perception is highly individual and influenced by factors including but not limited to:
• Individual skin chemistry and pH levels.
• Environmental conditions (humidity, temperature).• Personal scent memory and preference.
• Olfactory sensitivity and adaptation.
While we provide comprehensive scent descriptions, ingredient lists, and customer reviews, we cannot guarantee that any fragrance will suit every individual's preferences or expectations.
4.3 Pre-Purchase Recommendations (Samples Encouraged)
To help you choose your signature with confidence, we strongly recommend:
• Carefully reviewing full scent notes, ingredient lists, and customer testimonials before purchase.
• Purchasing sample sizes or discovery sets (where available) to test fragrances on your skin before committing to full-size bottles.
• Contacting our customer service team with any questions or concerns prior to completing your order.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
5.1 Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. If your perfume arrives in any of the following conditions, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund:
• Damaged: Bottle is broken, cracked, or physically compromised.
• Leaked: Product has leaked during transit, resulting in significant loss of contents.
• Defective: Spray mechanism is non-functional or cap is missing/defective.
• Incorrect Item: You received an item that does not match your order confirmation.
5.2 Reporting Procedure
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
1. Contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
2. Provide photographic evidence clearly showing the issue (damaged packaging, leaking product, defective mechanism, incorrect item label, etc.).
3. Include your order number and a detailed description of the problem.

5.3 Resolution
Upon verification of your claim:
• We will arrange for a replacement of the affected item at no cost to you (including shipping), subject to inventory availability.
• If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the affected item only, minus original shipping costs (unless the error was on our part).
• We may request the return of the defective item at our expense for quality control purposes.
5.4 Shipping Damage Claims
For items damaged in transit, we may require you to retain all packaging materials and file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist you in this process to the extent possible.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS & COSTS
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
• Original shipping and handling fees (unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item).
• Gift wrapping or special packaging services.
• Express or expedited shipping upgrades.
• Promotional or complementary items included with purchase.
7. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item:
1. Return the eligible item following the Standard Collection return process (Section 2).
2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website.
This policy ensures inventory accuracy and fair treatment of all customers.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the item has been shipped. Once an order enters the fulfillment and shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
8.2 After Shipment
Once an item has shipped, the applicable return policy (Sections 2 or 3) governs your options.
9. REFUND METHOD & TIMING
• All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Refund processing times vary by financial institution but typically take 7-14 business days to appear in your account after we issue the refund.
• We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods or third-party accounts.
10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
10.1 Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with returns. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
10.2 Refunds
Refunds for international orders will not include original shipping costs, customs fees, duties, or taxes. Customers are responsible for seeking refunds of such charges from their local customs authority.
11. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
11.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow Sky Parfum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
• The purchase, use, or inability to use our products.
• Allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or other adverse reactions to fragrance ingredients.
• Subjective dissatisfaction with scent profiles or fragrance performance.
11.2 Allergy and Sensitivity Disclaimer
WARNING: Our perfumes contain essential oils, fragrance compounds, and aroma chemicals that may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Customers with known allergies or sensitivities should carefully review ingredient lists before purchase. Perform a patch test before full application.
We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects resulting from product use.
11.3 No Warranty on Subjective Qualities
We make no warranties or representations regarding how a fragrance will smell on any individual customer, how long it will last, or how others will perceive it. Fragrance experience is subjective and varies by individual.
12. STATUTORY RIGHTS
This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. In jurisdictions where certain rights cannot be waived (such as warranties against faulty goods), those rights remain in full force and effect. Where this Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, the law shall prevail.In the European Union, consumers may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. In the United Kingdom, consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers in other jurisdictions should consult their local consumer protection laws.

14. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the Policy was last updated. Continued use of our website and purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of California.
