1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-volume sales events, processing times may be extended.

2. SHIPPING METHODS, RATES, AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping Methods

Due to the alcohol content in our fragrances, we primarily use ground shipping methods where available and required by carrier regulations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method available for your order.

International Shipping

At this time, Willow Sky Parfum ships within the United States only.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on willowskyparfum.com.

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to the nature of our products (alcohol-based fragrances), certain shipping restrictions may apply:

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for expedited or express shipping methods.
  • Some international destinations may have restrictions or prohibitions on importing alcohol-based perfumes. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that our products can be legally imported into their country before placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to destinations where we cannot legally ship fragrance products.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Willow Sky Parfum is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages

Willow Sky Parfum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report with your local police department and contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at willowskyparfum@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address information will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy. The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

7. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@willowskyparfum.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. HOLIDAYS AND WEATHER DELAYS

Please note that shipping carriers do not deliver on major holidays, and severe weather conditions may cause delays beyond our control. Willow Sky Parfum is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our reasonable control.
